Once you have access to the Adapt-N tile in Sirrus Web, you will be eager to enroll fields for Growers. The step-by-step guide below will walk you through the field enrollment process for your customers.
Step 1
Access the Adapt-N tile in the Exchange storefront. Double check the season dropdown to ensure you are working in the current season (2024).
Step 2: In the top right corner of the Adapt-n Dashboard, click the orange Enroll Fields button. Read through and acknowledge the agreement by clicking the I acknowledge and understand box in the bottom left corner.
Tool Tip: If for some reason you have previously enrolled fields for the selected Grower those fields will be displayed here as well.
Field Selection
You will then need to select the fields to be enrolled into Adapt-N. Simply click the box next to the desired field or use the filtering functionality in the top right of the Fields box to remove the Farm filter which will display all of the fields for the Grower.
When you have checked all of the fields for the Grower, click Next in the bottom right of your screen.
(If the Next button is greyed out, check to be sure you have clicked the acknowledge box)
Step 3: Entering Parameters
If you have existing data layers available for a field, the information will automatically be sourced and populate for the parameters required.
If you don't have data available for the field, it is also possible to manually enter the parameters in. Click into one of the parameter fields and either select an option from the dropdown or when a value is required, input that value in the designated box.
Any parameters that are entered in the Master Parameter column will be applied to all fields that were selected for enrollment.
Step 4: Configuration
Once the fields have been enrolled, back on the Adapt-N dashboard, each enrolled field will have a blue Configure button.
Clicking the Configure button will allow you to enter in values or select data layers for Adapt-N to generate daily nitrogen recommendations.
Ensure that all of the required configurations have been filled out and then hit Save in the bottom right of your screen.
After Saving, you will return to the Adapt-N dashboard to continue configuring other enrolled fields.
You have now successfully enrolled and configured fields in the Adapt-N modeling tool.
