Editors tip: As you use Sirrus Mobile, you may find that some reports are more useful to your business than others. From the list of reports, you can select the up/down arrows in the top right to customize the list of reports to only those you regularly use.

The gear icon in the top right corner allows you to personalize any reports with your contact information, i.e. Job Title, Name, Phone and Email.

How to Run a Report and Send – Field Level

From the Field level, data that has been recorded for this field can be shared via a PDF with a Grower, Contractor, Custom Applicator, etc. When you are viewing the desired field, tap the Plus (+) button and select the Reports icon. From the list of reports shown, select the report that corresponds to the information you want to send.

Example:

The Activity Report for a given field will show all activities that have been recorded for this field. Once you have selected the report, you can filter out which recommendations or activities you want to create a PDF for from the Select Activities drop-down.

You also can filter the activities by date, only showing the activities for a specified range of dates for the field. When you have selected the activities or filtered by dates, tap Select and the PDF report will be created. Once the report is showing on your devices screen, tap the share icon in the top right corner. Here you can choose to airdrop, print, text or email the PDF document. It is that simple.

How to Run a Report and Send – Grower or Farm Level

The steps to run a report from the Grower or Farm level are essentially the same as the steps outlined above. The difference is the available data points you can generate a report for.

For example, from the Grower level, you have the capability to create a report for all activities recorded for this Grower, no matter which Farm or Field the data is tied to.

Example:

In Sirrus, you are in Grower Joe Deal. Under Joe Deal, there is Farm 1, Farm 2 and Farm 3. From the list of Reports, you select the Scouting & Recommendation report. Under the Select Activities dropdown you have the capability to create and share a report for any scouting event or recommendation for Farm 1, 2 or 3 for Joe Deal. To share this PDF, tap the share icon in the top right and send the document via your preferred method.
