In Sirrus Web on the left side of the screen, you will notice the Jobs icon. Within the jobs section you will be able to quickly track and filter for activities, update the progress of recommendations through the work states or workflows, and create new activities for your Growers.

When you have selected the grower, you want to work with from the list. Navigate your cursor to the clipboard or Jobs icon in the top left taskbar. A comprehensive list of Farms and Fields for selected Grower will be generated.

Filtering in the Jobs Section

A quick way to sort through the list of data is to filter so that only the Jobs you’re interested in appear. Filtering can be done by Job Type (Crop Protection, Fertilizer, Planting, Tillage, etc.), Crop, or by the Job State that the activity or recommendation is in. You can also use a combination of filters to sift through the data easily and efficiently.

Utilizing the Date Range filter will sort through the list of jobs and show the user only the jobs that have been created in the desired date range. There are quick options to choose from, for example, if you know a job has been completed within the last three months but can’t remember the exact timing, simply select the Last (3) months option to the left of the calendar.

You may notice the three vertical dots at the end of each Job tab. Clicking here will allow you to View the Map of the field, displaying the Job you selected. You can also edit or delete the details of the Job here.

Note: Currently only edits to Planting activities can be made.

Editing and Creating a Planting from the Jobs Section

New planting activities can be created from the Jobs section, although only Planned straight rate single field jobs can be completed in Sirrus Web.

Using this tool will allow you to create a strategy for each of your Growers’ fields and develop a plan with key pieces of information applied to the field.

Any revisions can be made in Sirrus Mobile. To Edit the Planned planting Job in Sirrus Web, simply tap the three dots on the right side of the screen, click Edit Details and modify the details of the job, and click Save when done.
