What is the Wireless Connections Hub?

Within Sirrus Web, you have the capability to connect to external data platforms, like a MyJohnDeere account. With this connection, data from the MyJohnDeere account will flow freely to Sirrus Web.

Said another way, the data being collected and stored from your planting, spraying and harvesting activities with your Deere equipment will be relayed in real time to the endpoint that is your Sirrus account.

Setting up the Connection

In the top right corner drop down, navigate to the Wireless Connections Hub tab, once selected you'll be directed to the Wireless Connection management page. Any existing connections will be listed out. To set up a new connection, click the New Connection button in the top right.

Currently, only John Deere exist as an Available Provider. [In the future this will include Climate, Raven, and CNH] . From the list, select the provider you want to establish a connection with. After you select the provider, a new window will be opened, be sure to allow pop-ups if the new window is being blocked. You will be taken to a new login page where you will enter your John Deere credentials.

Editors Tip: Only one connection can be setup in Sirrus web, to manage multiple organizations this will need to be done from within MyJohnDeere.

Once you have connected to the organization, click Save and the MyJohnDeere browser window will close automatically.

From the list of Connections page, you can see the progress of your connections under the status column. If you have a large account, it could take a few moments before your connection is ready to configure.

To send and receive data from the newly established connection, you must configure the linked accounts, when you have completed the configuration, simply click Save Connection in the bottom right.

You can now retrieve and send files to the MyJohnDeere account and Sirrus.

Thank you and have a great day!
